Finally, August is here, and all the fun of the Festival is about to start! And once again, we are delighted to be bringing another astounding Dome show to Dynamic Earth as part of the Edinburgh Fringe!
“Dark Side of the Moon – the Full Dome Experience” is a stunning musical extravaganza inspired by the legendary 1973 Pink Floyd album. Fans will be familiar with the epic, conceptual soundtrack, and this, paired with spellbinding visuals projected in Scotland’s first 360’ Dome cinema will make for a mind-blowing sensory experience. The full-length iconic album will be played in spectacular surround-sound to create an unmissable experience for fans both old and new. The presentation will also feature tracks from the renowned Pink Floyd album “The Wall”. The show promises to be mind-bending and mesmerizing – images of the moon and space, cosmic graphic shapes and mystical mandala are weaved together to create a unique audio-visual spectacle that has transfixed audiences from all over the UK. You will feel totally immersed in the awe-inspiring music and surrounded by breath-taking images - a sensation you will never forget!
The show is running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in August at 18:30 and 20:00. Our pop-up Fringe Bar will be open throughout each evening for refreshments. Tickets cost £10.00 per adult and £8.00 for concessions. And best of all, Dynamic Earth Explorer Pass holders are free of charge!
Make sure you book now to avoid disappointment though, as the show is proving to be extremely popular - some dates have already sold out and the Fringe hasn’t even started yet! Please check our website and the official Fringe website for ticket availability, or you can call us directly to book.
“Dark Side of the Moon – the Full Dome Experience” promises to take you on the musical journey of a lifetime, so don’t miss out!
